Pros

Best support system I have ever experienced. Training was extremely detailed and helpful The most positive people who put their clients first and make the training so fun and are always willing to help!

Cons

Not many hours. Clients cancel, as part time, that’s it for the day if replacements can’t be found :(

Thanks for your input! We are thrilled to hear you feel amazing support here - it's always what we strive for at all levels! Also really nice to hear you found our training to be comprehensive and helpful. We take great pride in knowing that all our Behavior Technicians (BT) are trained extensively for weeks, prior to working on their own with a client. In regards to client cancellations, yes - they do happen, we are constantly working with our managers to ensure they address excessive cancellations with families. We know that fewer hours mean less progress for the client, and also a struggle for our staff. We are also working in several regions to bring on more and more morning & mid-day clients, in the hopes of offering our BTs more work hours prior to 3pm. So happy to have you as a part of the Sacramento Region family!

Pros

Staff and managers are very professional and friendly. They offer social events periodically so that therapists are able to meet each other and socialize since we’re usually alone in the field. Scheduling is handled by a big department which means you don’t have to interact directly with parents and they can’t contact you directly.

Cons

You kinda need to be a squeaky wheel to get promotions and raises.

We thank you for your valuable feedback. We're glad to hear you find our staff to be friendly and professional, and that you've been able to participate in our various Social events! We know it can be lonely in the field, since you're mainly working 1:1 with a client - we've all been there, and we know how important it is to feel connected to your organization, so keep coming to those events! It sounds like you're interested in continuing your career in the field of ABA - we encourage you to speak to your Liaison manager or CD about your future. Glad to have you as a member of the Los Angeles team!

Thanks for your review! It's wonderful to hear you appreciate our flexible hours, and our staff and clients sure are fabulous! We are continually striving to decrease client cancellations, as we know that can impact staff's pay checks. If you find this happening with a particular family, please do reach out to your manager, so that he or she may address this promptly with the family. So happy to have you as a member of the OC team!
