Thanks for the input! We're glad to hear you feel supported in your work environment - it's what we strive for each of our staff to feel. We also work with our Behavior Technician's (BT) school and/or other work schedules, as we want to support their educational endeavors. We value each dedicated employee with an annual bonus at their anniversary, which is in addition to any raise they earn as part of their Annual Performance Evaluation. Drive time is paid between clients and/or work-related locations (ex: office), as is customary in this industry. We encourage you to speak with your scheduler and/or managers to ensure you are receiving the number of work hours you have requested. Happy to have you on board!

Pros

Training: - Amazing and extensive training. They have you do a week-long classroom training before doing multiple levels of field training. The company makes sure that BT's are knowledgeable, skilled and comfortable before sending them out to their own clients. Previous companies I have worked for truly lacked in this area, so I would say this was one of the first indicators, coming in as a new employee, that Behavior Frontiers is an amazing company. - The company seems to invest a lot in it's employee's. They make the steps to becoming a senior Behavior Technician known and accessible. The company will also help with a percentage of tuition with some masters programs. I love that this job is a potential career path. Scheduling: - Communicative and friendly schedulers. You are assigned a scheduler that you can easily get a hold of via call or text message. Quick response rate, and I have always gotten scheduling updates in a timely manner. Clinical Staff: - Case managers that are knowledgeable, supportive and very communicative. - I ALWAYS feel clinicians have client best interests in mind, which makes me feel inspired and determined to put forth my best efforts while working with my clients. Over all, my experience with Behavior Frontiers has been wonderful, I feel like the company values me and the clients highly.

Cons

The cancellation policy for unexpected cancellations (as in you are at the door and no one is there) is that you only get compensated 1/2 of what the session would be, or only 2 hours if you have a school case (normally 6 hours).

Thank you for the positive feedback! You've highlighted many of the areas we pride ourselves on - excellent, comprehensive trainings at all levels of the organization, helpful & responsive schedulers, and clinical staff who are supportive every step of the way. You're also right in that we value YOU as an employee! Without you, we couldn't continue to do what we do for our clients, so thank you! So thrilled to have you as part of the LB team!

Pros

Behavior frontiers truly cares about their clients. This company puts their clients needs and the families wishes first! Behavior frontiers has also shown me a lot of appreciation never letting me feel unappreciated for my hard work as well as making sure we stay social with fellow coworkers at our monthly socials and events!

Cons

Working in a career that is client home based can get pretty lonely and could be difficult finding the support you need for client specific situations. Sometimes it can be difficult getting supervisor support in a timely fashion but they definitely make sure to eventually get out to support you!

Thanks for your feedback! We do care about our clients and their families - it's why we do what we do! We also care about our wonderful staff, from front-line Behavior Technicians working in the field to our supportive administrative professionals - we couldn't do all we do without every member of our team! Glad to hear you feel supported and appreciated, our monthly socials and fun activities are just one way we try to keep our staff connected to one another and to the organization, so that they feel like the valuable member of the team they are! In regards to getting the support you need for each client, we encourage you to speak up - reach out to each Manager on your cases and ask for an overlap or time to chat. They'll make time for you! So glad to have you here!
