Thank you for your input. Glad to hear you enjoy your co-workers, and that your supervisors have been helpful. While client cancellations can affect weekly hours, please know that we are making many efforts to keep cancellations to a minimum so that our staff can depend on a more regular paycheck. We encourage you to speak with your scheduler and liaison manager, so that they are aware of your requested hours. They will work tirelessly to get staff to their desired hours per week. Glad to have you as a part of Team Riverside!

Thank you for your review! We're happy to hear you have had positive experiences with your managers and co-workers. As you mention, we do offer flexible hours - we do this so that we can accommodate our staff who are students, have young children of their own, or have other jobs. As for communication with parents, we have found that when communications go through the proper channels (scheduling or case manager), this yields a "best practice" model. We always encourage parents and behavior technicians to communicate *during session,* so that outside of session discussions / phone calls aren't needed. Happy to have you on board in Bakersfield!

Pros

Best support system I have ever experienced. Training was extremely detailed and helpful The most positive people who put their clients first and make the training so fun and are always willing to help!

Cons

Not many hours. Clients cancel, as part time, that’s it for the day if replacements can’t be found :(

Thanks for your input! We are thrilled to hear you feel amazing support here - it's always what we strive for at all levels! Also really nice to hear you found our training to be comprehensive and helpful. We take great pride in knowing that all our Behavior Technicians (BT) are trained extensively for weeks, prior to working on their own with a client. In regards to client cancellations, yes - they do happen, we are constantly working with our managers to ensure they address excessive cancellations with families. We know that fewer hours mean less progress for the client, and also a struggle for our staff. We are also working in several regions to bring on more and more morning & mid-day clients, in the hopes of offering our BTs more work hours prior to 3pm. So happy to have you as a part of the Sacramento Region family!
