Pros

Behavior frontiers truly cares about their clients. This company puts their clients needs and the families wishes first! Behavior frontiers has also shown me a lot of appreciation never letting me feel unappreciated for my hard work as well as making sure we stay social with fellow coworkers at our monthly socials and events!

Cons

Working in a career that is client home based can get pretty lonely and could be difficult finding the support you need for client specific situations. Sometimes it can be difficult getting supervisor support in a timely fashion but they definitely make sure to eventually get out to support you!

We also care about our wonderful staff, from front-line Behavior Technicians working in the field to our supportive administrative professionals - we couldn't do all we do without every member of our team! In regards to getting the support you need for each client, we encourage you to speak up - reach out to each Manager on your cases and ask for an overlap or time to chat. They'll make time for you! Pros

I absolutely love this company. I have worked for them for over 3 years now. I started as a Behavior Instructor and have now made my way up to management. My growth in the company has been facilitated by a very supportive and involved clinical staff. Things that I appreciate most about this company are an emphasis on ethical practices and clinically driven decision making. We apply the principles of behavior is every aspect of our company, not just in terms of the therapy we provide, but how we provide training , as well as support staff and clients families. Behavior Frontiers is the best ABA agency I have worked for and I am very great full for every opportunity they have given me.

Cons

I would suggest opening up more center based therapy locations to extend the range in services that we can provide.

It's SO great to hear you say it feels like a family - it's what we've striven for, by regionalizing geographies (to cut down on drive time), and keeping a "small" feel, where you get to know each manager and director at a personal level! We stress to our managers to be open to feedback, which helps us improve our services and our support of staff each and every week. Our schedulers also work hard to schedule hours around other jobs or school classes - we want to support our staff in any way we can! So glad you're a part of our team!
