Thank you for your review. It’s delightful to know that you received support throughout your time with us. Our team members help create a welcoming and supportive environment, especially for our Behavior Technicians who are the ones out in the field working with our families. The caseload our technicians receive is based off the availability provided during the time of an interview. In the availability document provided to our team, candidates can input the number of hours they’re looking to work per week. The goal of our scheduling team is to create a caseload that matches our technician’s availability and requested hours, but also meet the needs of our clients in the area. We try our best to create an accommodating schedule, but limitations arise when the availability originally provided to us becomes limited. We wish you the best in your future endeavors!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. Our team and families appreciate your hard work and dedication that you provide to each case! As a current employee in our San Fernando Valley region, if you’re not being scheduled for sufficient hours, then we urge you to contact your scheduler to go over your availability and requested hours – the caseload provided to you is based off the availability you provided to our team. If there are limited clients in the availability given, then our scheduler can work with you to see where additional hours might be added to your availability. Our clients needing services in the San Fernando Valley region can benefit from your availability to work with them. Additionally, you can fill-in or cover for other sessions, which would provide you with additional hours. We appreciate the service you have provided to our families! Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any further questions!

Hello and thank you for providing us with feedback. Some factors that may impact a behavior technician’s (BT) timeline to become full-time include: the availability the BT provides, obtaining BCAT certification for cases that require it, completing training, the BT’s availability to provide services in both the home and center, and the client’s availability matching the BT’s availability. Therefore, BT’s who have the most flexibility in these areas will have an expedited timeline to become full time. Our goal is to constantly grow our team and we are dedicated to support our teammates in becoming full time as soon as possible. We wish you the best in your future!
