We’re pleased that you enjoyed a friendly work environment. We strive to create a positive work culture at all levels. We also strive to ensure that employee schedules meet their preferences and needs. For example, behavior technicians are asked to provide their requested number of hours per week that they would like to work and the scheduling team reviews this weekly so that they can incorporate the behavior technician’s preferences into their schedule. Furthermore, we encourage employees to have open communication with their supervisor and scheduler to ensure that their needs are met.

Pros

Work is great. People are great.

Cons

The hours you can receive is limited. No job offer if you don't signal willingness to work full time , but you are given part time. If you do get hired part time, your schedule might not qualify to get paid for driving.

Thank you for your review. Our team aims to create a schedule that work with the availability of our Behavior Technicians as well as the needs of our clients. If candidates are interested in full-time hours, our scheduling team creates an initial part-time caseload and can begin adding more cases as technicians become comfortable with the workload. We want to ensure that our team receives the hours they’re asking for but also make sure there is no sense of burnout. Opportunities to cover or fill-in for sessions are always made available for additional hours. If you’re looking for more hours than you currently have, we highly recommend that you contact our scheduling team to update your availability and requested hours.

Pros

Independence, allow you to lead cases without a BCBA on your back telling you what to do at all times (when most BCBA's have less experience)

Cons

Layed off out of nowhere. One day I'm there, next day I'm getting a phone call out of the blue that I no longer have a job. Some prior info would have been nice!
