Pros

It is a pretty flexible job but can be inconsistent with hours

Cons

More clinical support should be provided for in-home BTs. The job feels like you are being left in the dark sometimes.

We appreciate you for taking the time to share your perspective regarding clinical support and communication. We value this feedback and take it seriously. Our teams provide structured supervision, scheduled check-ins, and direct access to clinical leadership to support Behavior Technicians in the field. We have continued to strengthen escalation pathways and increase touch points between technicians and supervisors to promote timely guidance, responsiveness, and consistency. Feedback like this helps inform our ongoing efforts to enhance supervision, communication, and overall support for our teams. We also recognize that flexibility is an important aspect of this role. While client needs and treatment plans can vary, we strive to offer scheduling options and ongoing communication to help team members balance flexibility with consistency of care. Thank you for your continued support in helping us create a world without limits.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are glad to hear you were able to connect with some of the children and colleagues during your time with us. We encourage our BTs to maintain close communication with their Client Service Coordinator (Scheduler), who can assist with matters regarding case load adjustments, changes in availability, fill-in sessions, and more. It's our goal to ensure caseloads can be met with the needs of our families while matching the proper bandwidth for our BTs. We appreciate the contributions you made while part of our team and wish you continued success in your future endeavors.
