Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for both our clinicians and the families we serve. Our team is committed to high-quality, compassionate care, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to highlight their commitment. To continue strengthening our services, we’ve implemented initiatives that support professional development, expand our staff through training, and foster open communication. For instance, weekly check-ins with team members give proper space to share feedback, ask for support, and offer ideas, helping us build a community of collaboration and solutions. We appreciate your commitment and look forward to your accomplishments with us.

Pros

Flexible schedule good for students

Cons

Does not pay a livable wage. You are expected to come to a job that pays only 10-15 hrs per week with a car and auto insurance. It’s only feasible if you are heavily subsidized by financial aid or living with parents.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. Our clinical and operational teams work to create caseloads that match the availability of behavior technicians. Team members start part-time and can request additional hours, gradually increasing their caseload, as their availability permits. In some cases, positions at a clinic center can accommodate full-time availability. Technicians are encouraged to contact their client service coordinators to adjust availability and requested hours. The goal of our operational and clinical teams is to collaborate and find a schedule that works for behavior technicians and clients. We recognize the meaningful impact our behavior technicians have on families, and we’re committed to supporting professional growth while continuing to explore initiatives that expand opportunities, provide additional training, and promote long-term career development within our team. Your commitment to our families is appreciated, and we encourage you to contact your service coordinator or submit our weekly check-in form to help you meet your desired hours.
