Pros

Flexible hours, if they have the hours available.

Cons

You only get paid drive time if you go from client to client, training was minimal, be prepared to come up with your own activities, games and things to entertain clients. Onboarding is terrible, scheduling is a joke.

We appreciate that you left Behavior Frontiers a review. One of the benefits of working as a BT is the flexibility of scheduling around other commitments. We are glad that you found that to be a positive part of working with BF. Our Clinical Supervisors work hard to create individualized treatment plans with specific goals, so we encourage BTs to discuss with the supervisors if there are any difficulties in delivering ABA to achieve those goals. Additionally, our clinical management team and Training Dept are available if our BTs feel unsure of how to approach different situations. Thank you for your work with BF and we wish you the best!

Pros

My supervisors was awesome and super reachable

Cons

HR took a LONG time to reply. Their sign on bonus wasn't given to me even though it was on the job post I applied. COVID-19 or medical precautions were not taken seriously.

Thanks for your input. At interview, our hiring managers explain that the job is most often part-time (15-20 hours per week) to start, as our most needed hours are between 3-8pm. Schedulers are on phones from 7am until 5:30pm every day, and are also available "on-call" before and after hours, in case of urgent scheduling concerns. Moreover, our case managers are typically in the field providing hands-on support to their Behavior Technicians or a phone call away to address questions or concerns. Best of luck to you.
