This is why we train all employees and pay for them to sit for the RBT so that they can provide optimal treatment to all of our kiddos. We also place the highest value on company culture to achieve employee satisfaction and quality of life through contributing to robust employee benefits, and regularly recognize staff in a multitude of ways. We also conduct team meetings, and employee meetings in order to offer the upmost support and positive experience for all of our employees.
