      Pros

      Great Director of Engineering, and product development staff. Highly professional and considerate of employees. Great group of coworkers and wonderful atmosphere. Dedicated to producing the best products in process-efficient ways. Good salaries, benefits, profit-sharing incentives to permanent employees. Fun company outings and thoughtful coworkers who care about each other. Allowed me the freedom to innovate and maximize new product design.

      Cons

      Only needed me for a short time as a contract worker.

      Pros

      Beijer Electronics is like a family. Our staff is hard working, interactive, collaborative and fun. We are encouraged to grow within our fields and beyond. We are appreciated and are told so often, recognized within our office and rewarded in thoughtful ways. The culture here is definitely influenced by our Scandinavian ownership and their work ethic and employee-centric philosophies. It is, by far, the best place I have ever worked.

      Cons

      Because Beijer is an international and company, it is a bummer not to know our Swedish and Asian co-workers more personally.

      Clean and tidy environment, clean with someone. The company offers a variety of drinks, such as tea, coffee and more ....

      Cons

      Do not provide meals, you must prepare. The place to eat is further from the company.
