Thank you so much for your review. Your longevity with Beijer, Salt Lake means so much to us and we appreciate you sticking it out through the tough times and now in our strong times too. You are right, we share our building with two other companies which at times can pose a challenge. But we are making changes to create as much separation as we can. And as a result of those changes, we'll pick up fun areas such as an interactive breakroom and a new Employee Center. We'll get to keep all the great things that we already have such as our subsidized lunch options, fruit and snacks available all day, and our open layout.
