      Pros

      Room to grow and gain experience in programming. Exposed to different departments such as sales, engineering, management. Get to work with hardware. Lots of different challenges.

      Cons

      Customer support can be demanding.

      Pros

      I got to work with some amazing people and increase my skills.

      Cons

      The senior executives only focused their support and growth of the workforce with the engineer departments. They couldn't see that the admin & production departments were being over worked & unappreciated. Then when business began to slow they would lay off employees from the departments that were already short staffed.

      Pros

      People are great and work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Moved manufacturing to Taiwan then all engineering went to Sweden. SLC location is dwindling.
