Thanks for your review! We love our people, our culture, and our work-life balance - so glad to hear you do too. Our products are pretty kick butt too, thanks for that. Midsummer is a challenge, yes, while there is always coverage in the department, being down a significant amount of people can result in some frustrating delays. We will continue to vocalize the expectations and demand of the US market and see if we can't shake things up a bit. As for opportunity to grow, our retention rate is pretty high, so those positions don't open up all that often, you're right. Here's the upside: as a small company, there aren't too many people in contention for that spot when it does open up! Thanks for your review! We love our people as much as we love our products, we're glad you did too! You're right, towards the late 2010s, there were a lot of vision changes, statements of direction, etc. We have settled into our Vision Statement now of "People & Technology.
