Cons

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. The company runs on the buddy system. If you arent in the club that kisses up to management. You are made to feel like you dont belong. You are constantly picked on and made to feel like you are not good at your job. Meanwhile people are promoted based on how ''close'' they get with upper management. One person was promoted based on 10 years experience in a field that everyone knew they have never even worked in. Yet they gained 10 years experience overnight.

Pros

good salary, decent benefits, good, helpful workers

Cons

Management has lost touch and really do not know their employees. There doesn't seem to be a plan anymore. Company has changed and not for the best. Older workers have been laid off or pushed to early retirement. New and old employees can learn from each other and that seems to have been forgotten
