Upper management is not open to new ideas and concepts that are being implemented in the industry for at least a decade. Non-deserving arrogance of thinking that Bell is the best in the helicopter industry (they are a legend in their own minds). Every year the weakest 10% of work force gets replenished, on top of any layoffs that might be needed for their business model in order to survive. If Bell can stay true to its new course for the next decade it might transform into a great company. So far, management is not instilling confidence in their new long term endeavor.

Some of supervisors have no clue of what their employees are doing. Don't plan for a long career there, expect to be laid off. No career advancement. Sometime feels like being stuck in the 1960s
