Pros

They company is trying to make changes and introduce new technology and product. Pay is better than competitors.

Cons

The company is resisting the changes it wants to bring about. Very impersonal and politically correct to the point that it becomes unproductive. As an employee you are a disposable asset, a number. Good old boy system is still in place. People hold grudges, back stabbing, and very resistant to new ideas. Antiquated technology. Extremely conservative in their mentality and approach to the point that it holds the company back.

Cons

Defense cutbacks, frequent reorganizations and loss of staff and hiring of new staff very disruptive. Morale amongst workforce is very low at times
