Good benefits with decent pay, company does a lot for employees, flexible, family orientated

Cons

Lack in career development for the future, sure you can try to move around in positions which can be difficult I've heard but where will this carry over in the future?

Pros

You get great benefits. The company as a whole has great opportunity to grow more than it already is. You can move up in the company but depending on your supervisor it can be difficult. There is a lot of overtime and you can basically choose to work more hours if you want.

Cons

Supervisors definitely have their favorites, don't get on their bad side. A lot of overtime can be bad if you would like a life outside of work.
