Pros

Invest heavily in latest technology.

Cons

Constant pressure to produce more work while ignoring the needs of their employees and customers. Management says they care about employees and customers but they really only care about profits. Many long time employees and new ones have left due to work conditions and constant stress. Morale is terrible. People are afraid to speak up due to retaliation. They talk the talk but don't walk the walk. They have become too big and have lost sight of what they once were.
