Pros

They provide some really good snacks in the kitchen. Also, they have a birthday celebration and company meal each month.

Cons

The environment is terrible. The owners scream obscenities at employees and there is an overall feeling that if you make a simple mistake the consequences will be dire. Also, managers do not take professionalism seriously. They openly discuss other employees and often send lower employees to have talks with their peers that the managers should do themselves. The dress code was really hard for me to pin down because, though I asked multiple people, I was told conflicting codes.

Pros

Free beer because God knows you will need it.

Cons

Typical day at work includes bad management, frequent layoffs, and having to listen to the upper management berate and belittle whomever crosses their path. Layoffs are so frequent you may compare it to any reality show in which someone is voted off, not given a rose, or "fired". Also, do not be surprised when you are picking up the slack for someone who has been let go and you are now trying to manage 3 jobs.

It was pretty great. Friendly environment and work that kept me on my toes. I would work here again if the opportunity came up.

Cons

None that were not fixable.
