"We're a family" - yes and we are all going to India!

Pros

Many of the people you work directly with are dedicated to education. Paychecks haven't bounced.

Cons

They tell you it is more than a job it is a family. Well yes if you work too many hours and dont expect much in return other than being yelled at and made fun of by owners and top management, see the other reviews. For your dedication they might outsource your entire department to India at the drop of a hat and walk you out the door and you don't get to say goodbye to anybody. That is not usually the way it is, with a family!

It's no secret that the top leadership/owners create a culture of fear and hostility with unrealistic expectations. Unsurprisingly, this has trickled down to middle-management. Some example behaviors: -Berating teams -Stifling of collaboration -No mentorship or constructive support -Culture of fear where, understandably, no one wants to be transparent -Lack of HR support with no safe way to report these behaviors
