The small amount of people that don't kiss everyone's tail to be on the managers Good side....

Cons

Favoritism, to have to bow down to keep your job....and be treated like scum from chefs and management and tip out even if your table stiffed you....you pay for there labor to all that works around you being a server that's why they have to tip 20%or you have no chance of making money....12 hr days no breaks and nasty food that i got food poison from

Pros

Employee discount - 50% off on food. Schedule can be flexible during slow seasons.

Cons

The chefs take 9.5% of the total food sale in tips regardless if customers leave a tip or not. The servers are required to tip them their 9.5%. Servers' wage is about 1/2 of the minimum federal wage. It's not surprised to see a sever makes no money in a busy night.

Busy nights, decent money and flexible schedule

Cons

Negative tip nights due to unfair tip out system. No breakroom. No gratuity charge for large parties. Rude clientele. Unempathetic HR and rude corporate.
