Pros
The people you work with tend to be nice. The work is easy to learn after a few days and the schedule is tolerable, since it works well if you are a student during the mornings.
Cons
Upper management implement new rules every few months that have no basis. They require workers to do more and more duties every so often, such as giving long winded introductions, secretarial duties, extensive cleaning, managerial duties, payment authorizations, customer service management, and being obligated to work when you're not scheduled to do so by giving you an ultimatum... All while being paid very little. Upper management likes to micromanage while completely shushing the workers' experiences and proposed solutions.
