Pros

An upbeat environment with great food. Good employee discount, 50% on food items. Costly, yet decent health insurance. An easy hiring place for a rookie manager or a fast food manager.

Cons

Senior management is uncaring and not genuinely interested in their employees. Expect to be micromanaged and forget about creativity, is not natured nor welcomed. Values and ethics have radically changed in past few years. Company hosts, less experienced senior and executive leadership who are not knowledgeable, seasoned, nor versed within this type of restaurant business. The needed support is not provided to deliver positive results. Ethics have radically changed, causing confusion amongst all ranks of employees and a clear loss of confidence. True, benefits or perks are not be available. You will not be able to count on a matching 401K, stock option, flextime, etc.

Good Food, Great staff, long hours

Cons

The Corporate office and upper management are never on the same page. The Brand name is much better than the operation. There was no real leadership just get it done attitude. There was so much management turnover the stores couldn't keep a full team. It comes down to leadership and in the area I was in that was not present.
