Once a multicultural Mecca for quality food and entertainment honoring traditional Japanese influences. Very popular chain with much opportunity to make money.

Cons

No more corporate integrity or employee welfare. Cutting way too many corners to maintain quality food and service.

poor management. corporate should stop bother management team. Poor support from corporate. all they are looking for 'number' which cause poor condition in human resource and quality of service and food.

-Discounted meals. -Free lunch (break hour) -Management

Cons

-Too much favoring goes on for the chefs which customers do not know about. Servers don't walk out with what they would given the same amount of sales at another restaurant. Tips aren't shared from chef to server but unfortunately 9% goes from the server to the chef.
