This company is the most confusing place you have ever seen. It's like that on purpose. They say one thing and do the opposite without a care in the world. They will change your hours, schedule or run and recite the words "Subject to Change". Problem with that is different pay scales for A shift or B shift. You can lose a few bucks an hour for nothing. Don't worry about learning coworkers names due to a major turnover rate. Watch management send emails or post bulletins saying one thing and doing another. Got an email one of our satellite yards was not closing, month later they got a two week notice to find other employment. Completely wiped out the whole company structure and kicked drivers off accounts with over decade of service. Seen a ton of drivers leave with over 10 years senority due to this restructuring. Now your schedule is a split week with a possibility to have a full week, then you make plans and get told next week it's mandatory Saturday. Show up or you get written up. Now with new a huge new account in Ellabell GA, that is the main focus of the higher ups. Not sure of the future of the other spots but the way the other terminals are downsizing the amount of workload, it's a day by day outlook. If you are joining in Ellabell, man you have the run of the company cause they are hurting for drivers. They are pulling drivers from other terminals to stay in hotels to work there.
