No two days are ever the same. Coworkers are nice and very helpful. I've never had a company feel more like a family!

It's a bit chaotic at times and effective communication could use some work.

Pros

There are no pros no more the new management has changed everything. Pay is decent but could use more. Than a 2.5 increase,raises should be better.

Cons

They promise you new routes new times and they don’t uphold their word no one to be honest with you no more it’s sad as 12 years ago that made you feel part of the company.

Pros

Daily life is great beats OTR any day. Home everyday and can focus on health! Great pay and time off. Good equipment “If you get a newer company truck” tend to have Ryder loaner trucks. Great coworkers and great customers.

Cons

Communication is off between management and drivers, inconsistent scheduling and constant reminding to get times fixed. Days can be long if waiting on a load but other than that it’s pretty chill.
