Pros
Drop & Hook Pay is $20/per hour for A-shift $22 /hr B-shift. Slip seating. (Only premium routes get assigned tractor between shifts) You will drive a different tractor everyday. Some are better than others. International, Kenworth, and new Peterbilt. There is no force dispatch routes and tractors. Starting off here, you will get 1 weekday off and Saturday. Never off 2 days in a row if your new. Also, benore goes by seniority. The longer your work here, the better chance you will get a better route with 2 days off consecutively . But, the work is so easy that it don't matter. Benore will call to ask you half the time to see if you like to work on your day off. Easy money. You can take your time to drive to and from places as long it's on time. Any delays, just call dispatch and let them know. Simple.
Cons
Trucks are decent. The yard is not in a great shape though . So many trucks that we have to park it near the docks and into the employee parking lot. Everybody get paid the same. Once in a blue moon pay raise.
