Tell you that you get raises but you'll never see a raise. Upper management spends more time each day in meetings than actually working or knowing what is going on in the operation. The turnover is horrible!

Cons

Management is terrible across the board. The Benore’s micro manage every decision so nothing gets done. No one was given raises during the pandemic, but they hired several C suite employees and are buying brand new trucks. No ones opinion is listened to or valued. Everyone describes this place like being in an abusive relationship. Nothing truer has been said. Stay as far away from this place as you can.
