Local work. Hourly pay with time and a half after 40. Easy work. Very hard to get fired. BMW account shuts down for at least a week at Christmas and 4th July. 50+ hours per week. If you like a lot of hours this is for you.

Cons

$16 per hour to start. 2% raise per year. Probably going to be on nights the first year. Don't recognize hard workers. It's just a job. Do the job, keep realistic expectations, be patient and you'll be fine.

You get payed for all holidays excluding mlk day, 40 hrs paid time off after your first year,80 hrs after your 3rd year, 120 hrs after your 5th year.

Cons

If your friends with management your good, if you are a hard work it dosent matter youll never go anywhere with benore, the health benefits are a minimum of $45 per week just for the employee, if you have a problem with something and it may effect a friend of hr it will never be addressed, benore is out for themselves and there own pockets, not a good career choice if your a single income family.
