You have lots of work. ok so how am I to do this work if the tool you give me to do my job is broken. Yes some drivers don't care and do not red line a truck. How ever most have given up as the shop will not fix the truck. You can do a edvir red line it next week get the same truck. And find well thay fixed the heat but thay did not fix the oil in the coolant reservoir. More trucks are on the red line than on the road. Moved the tlr red line and parked trucks 2 deep on the new truck red line. Trucks with serious problems are making it out of the shop and no one cares. If it will go down the road it will be sent out.

Sign on Bonus, New Trucks, Easy Job ( Company makes it Harder then it really should be)

The Pay Scale Change from $200.00 dollars a day that was posted on the internet Ad to getting payed Route pay which is under by $30-$40, realistically your making $160-$170 a day the only way to make over $900-1000 is to work your Off Days.( BAIT & SWITCH Tactic on the Pay if they were honest about the Pay I would have never left my other Job ).The Equipment is New but you'll never really be in the Same Truck More then Twice in a week, so your Basically living out of a suitcase.The Night Time Dispatch is Terrible..20-45 minutes to get someone to answer a phone.After delivering a Load or Dropping your Trailer it's like a Scavenger Hunt trying to find a Load or a Empty Trailer Back which takes 1-2 hours of your night trying to find something to bring back to end your night.So at the end of the shift you wasted 2.5 hours of your time because of lack of Short Staff or unqualified staff. In the End Don't Trust what they tell you about the Job, Ask a Driver for the Truth, hopefully he's honest with you. Turn overrate is High in the Jefferson Terminal.

They will pay you a decent salary. If you only need a regular paycheck and solid job security and you can tolerate bad treatment, then this company will be fine for you.

Cons

Work there was insane and brutal. Turnover was also high. I was given the full workload of resigned employees but was not given a promotion or additional compensation. The CEO was also dumb, incompetent, and nonexistent. No wonder this company was taking a downfall because of these issues.
