      The job is fairly stable if you show up and do your work. Good pay for the work. A good place to start in logistics if you're lacking experience in the field.

      Cons

      Long hours, no structured training, lack of support from upper management. Lots of problems with operations, but management seems most interested in catching drivers misbehaving
