Schedules are terrible and constantly changing, annual salary increase is laughable, advancement is nearly impossible, job requirements constantly increase

I enjoyed working with the drivers and my fellow dispatchers

Cons

High turnover, will re-hire people that recently quit while over-looking current employees for promotion, workbreaks are basically non-existent during dayshift (even for lunch), constantly dealing with a shortage of tractors due to a poor maintenance program
