The individual contributors are great people. Unfortunately, they get treated poorly by management. A lot of subject matter expertise that should be elevated and leveraged.

Cons

Toxic leadership (especially hired from Autodesk) have brought failed strategies to the business and destructive management practices. They’re solution is to over engineer the business to the point of stagnation and it’s demoralizing the workforce. Avoid at all cost

Still a mess!

Pros

Relaxed culture. There are some good people with good values and work ethic, but also many who do not.

Cons

Still a dysfunctional, toxic, political environment in much need of new senior and C-level management with external business experience. There are sexist males there and they don't even realize they are being that way which is worse. Many leaders would have been fired long time ago if they worked elsewhere at an organization that knows better and knows how to behave and make examples of leadership. Unfortunately, there are some good people there with good ethics and values, but they don't play the political game and are overlooked.

Pros

Some very good and market leading products. Good work-life balance. The CEO and CTO seem to "care" about the individuals and people who make the company run.

Cons

There is a culture of disgust and disrespect for sales professionals. Profitability and personal income for senior VP's is more important that any other metric of success. There is a lack of understanding of enterprise sales the very highest level and the CFO and SVP of Sales use the compensation plan as a way to reduce sales professions income and increase profitability.
