Cons

Overwhelming Stressful Little to no training, and being thrown into the job. Non-Consistent Work Schedule Doctors Note won't excuse part time absence

Used to be an awesome place to work.

Pros

It used to be a fun place to work however now that the company is not doing well, there is a lot of pressure on the assistant managers which in turn falls on the sales people.

Cons

Priorities change from week to week, very hard to create a rhythm when district keeps pulling levers
