Pros

Benefits are free flowing. Most customers are happy to spend money with a good salesperson and you have a chance to really learn how to reach goals.

Cons

Constant pressure to perform under the veil of a non-commission sales force. Often favorites picked and doted on far too much.

Pros

flexible schedule, lots of training, great discount, fun at times, lots of evolving tech, some opportunity to grow company management open to suggestions

Cons

store management at most stores seem to have been promoted to early, almost like they're half baked. Focus changes rapidly

Pros

Employee discount(has changed and now is not as good as it used to be) Coworkers are typically enjoyable to be around Good environment.

Cons

Management can be idiots. Training is sub par. To be good you'll have to do a lot of learning on your own. E-learnings(the best buy training on a computer) are a joke.
