      Can't think of any right now.

      Benefits are now awful. Took away coverage for spouses and forced employees to either look else where, go on to Affordable Care Act (ACA) or do without. Employees Insurance is a very high deductible. No Balance of work and home. Get off, hurry home, clean up, eat and get to bed since your 10 hrs off starts from the time you sign out. Be ready to get woke up to get dispatch for next day then try to get back to sleep and be back in your truck in 10. So depending on how far you live you get maybe 6 hrs rest total. Some Temps and new hires making more than full time employees. Place has really changed and not for the better.

      Decent benefits and equipment. Office staff is typically nice and easy to deal with.

      Cons

      "Regional driver" is a laughable title for what we do typically. It's a struggle to get 2,000 mile per week as a regional driver. I find it ridiculous when I spend 3-4 nights per week in the truck less than 5 hours from the house. Accessorial pay is also laughable for detention and break down pay. Currently looking for work elsewhere.
