Pros

Awesome training program and consistent and relentless support. Is a great way to have the freedom you need to own your own publishing program and succeed. The culture is a positive driving force for your success and if you don't try to reinvent the wheel and freelance it you will be successful!

Cons

It's all up to you...so if you're not ready to put in the time, effort and hard work while keeping your head straight and positive this will be hard. All great opportunities require hard work and BVM is no exception!

Pros

Best Version Media has an awesome support network. From the CEO Dave Durand, to the management staff, down to other publishers - everyone that I have met and spoken with has been very helpful. There is the freedom of working from home, but with the support of an office staff behind you. The home office team is great, they are always there to answer any questions or to get you what you need. There is ongoing training every week available through conference calls. Just a great company with a great culture - the leadership here actually walks the walk.

There is no income to start.

I love being my own boss and working hard outside my comfort zone. Now I get to support all the great businesses and causes I love in the area.. while making a decent income.

Cons

Some would not like the first several months working for no pay, but I found the challenge worth it.
