Pros

An individual can get in front of a lot of businesses in varied industries. The brand sells itself and consumers know who the BBB is.

Cons

The BBB is antiquated and not competitive with other referral sites for information. Businesses rarely feel they receive any benefit from being members. The BBB does nothing to promote itself to the public or other businesses.
