Pros

Fun, involved place of work. Management seems to be quite good for the most part. Salary is competitive. Options for skilling. Options for traveling and being flexible with workplace and worktimes.

Cons

Pretty chaotic project management, usually not enough time to execute and goal posts that often moves. Cantina is not the best. Very hierarchical for a company in Denmark Stresslevel in company and colleagues seems quite high, as the workloads are also very high.
