Less corrupted than other companies in the Middle East construction industry

Pros

Diverse team (diverse in experience and cultures). Salaries paid on time, every month. Did not get affected by the pandemic, because of the flourishing projects in the airport construction industry.

Cons

Nationality-discrimination in salary structure and career development (like most companies in the Middle East).
