      -Amazing community, communication is only getting better -Growth and learning opportunities are endless -Leadership is top tier (training, coaching) -Fantastic work life balance, a lot of flexibility and WFH -The -Beyond Finance has exceeded expectations in almost every way I can think of especially PAY, benefits are great too -Culture is amazing and values are for the clients and in their best interest so it feels great to be able to actually HELP clients -Management is awesome, they actually stay in contact and provide answers
