High Stress But High Reward

Pros

I started as a sales associate in May 2024 and transitioned to the training team in December 2025. I’ve been at Beyond Finance for almost two years. Any sales job will have a level of stress from constant focus on metrics but the training and support from managers and coworkers is excellent. I enrolled my own personal debts into our debt resolution program and as an employee the 25% fee was waived. I am now out of credit card and personal loan debt and focused on bigger goals like buying a home. Beyond Finance made it possible to turn my financial life around and I am grateful for the opportunity. It feels good to help clients take their first steps toward financial freedom.

Cons

It can be extraordinarily stressful when the metrics are against you, but there is a lot of support from management and coworkers. Having a positive mindset and being coachable is key.

Pros

I was a Certified Debt Specialist for my first year and a half with Beyond. At this time, I focused heavily on the process, the metric expectations, and making an impact on each client I spoke with. I was able to hit all performance expectations. which allowed me to reach an opportunity for advancement into a role with the training team. Throughout my time as a Certified Debt Specialist, I was able to achieve personal and professional goals. Working at Beyond allowed me to pay off my car completely within the first six months of being in this role, while building a healthy savings account. I was able to advance in call groups for better opportunities and was always supported by a great Manager and Director. I am now pleased to say that I work in the training department, which is comprised of all in-house hires, meaning they have done the job for which they are training others. The culture is great, and the training team sets new debt specialists up for success by closely monitoring and providing live support on every call. I speak to this as someone who is coming up on two years with the company, and the trainer that I had is still teaching new hires. I would recommend this company to friends and family alike.

Cons

- You need to be motivated to work alone in a WFH environment - Can be stressful sometimes
