Pros
-The main feature you will see is the money. And there is zero offense trying to be given to those who got let go, but this is a hard job, but also an easy one if you are willing to learn. -LOTS OF MONEY to be made, however, the biggest takeaway is being able to help others. -NO COLD CALLING, everyone who you will be speaking to WILL know who you are, because they sought out this company first. -This company doesn't just do one thing, there is SO MUCH opportunity to advance and do a lot. -They WILL give you all the overtime you need, but you need to be able to give it your all. -This is NOT that type of company in the 1980's where you can do nothing for hours and get paid. NOPE. There are clients who are literally stressing every second. It would be up to you to calm them down, talk about how you will be able to help and give them informed decisions. -Remember the LOTS OF MONEY comment, yes, it is most definitely rewarding, but you can't get rewarded when you don't put in the work. People will bring up METRICS a lot, that is their formula to see whether or not you can help their clients. If you can't speak to someone politely, listen to them, understand their situation, and walk through the process, then THIS is simply not for you. You have a finite window to change someone's life and perspective of their situation. If you can't convince someone to do what is best for them, then THIS is not for you. There is A LOT OF EDUCATION you will be providing and you MUST understand it all. They give you plenty of time to understand their various resources. The best way to describe how this company is COLLEGE. When the professor teaches you a new concept, you can raise your hand, and they will walk every step with you until you get it. BUT, you also have to do work after hours to be great. You can't learn everything in a week. If you want a life changing experience, then you have to do something different to achieve it. Just like college, you have to study after hours, get better and come back to get stronger. Training does not stop after month 1, this company is ALWAYS advancing. If you choose not to advance yourself, but still want a check, then that makes zero sense. If you have NEVER given a job or career 100% of you, then you will find yourself doing the exact same thing like other negative reviewers here.
Cons
-The funniest thing I can say, is that even if I had a negative...they'll have a team of specialists work on it. And it will change almost immediately. -You will hear that they THREATEN to fire you. NOT IN MY EXPERIENCE. They worked with me to get me to where I was able to understand every minute thing. -The ONLY con I can think of, but not really get behind is EXPERIENCE. If you have never been in this type of position, you may not make it, OR you will be amazing at it. It all depends on where you come from and what you can bring to the table.
