Pros

Training is decent, the managers are all over the place and kind of direct your questions to a later conversation but the training was easy to grasp.

Cons

You will get fired for the slightest reason. Mostly due to politics. I was only able to speak to about 7 people total during training and enrolled 3 of them. I was then fired because my credit pull metric wasn’t enough. They said I was at 40%. Everytime I seen the metrics email I was clearly above 75%. There would be times I’m waiting hours for a call while other folks are making 2-3 sales with in that time frame. That tells me that they’re giving good leads to people they want and are selective through the process. I passed every test all my metrics were good and when I was fired I was told I can’t see my metrics even tho that’s why they fired me. All in all if you’re a charming person and people tend to select you than you may be a good sales fit. If you find yourself being a normal hardworking person this may not be for you.

Pros

-Remote Work -Straight forward Role -Good work/life balance

Cons

-Paid Holidays are minimal -No company culture -No clearly outlined career growth opportunities-promotions are rare -Beyond Finance clearly favors their top performers -Unattainable metrics and they will fire you if you do not meet them -Training needs a major tune up-they do not prepare you for success and trainers barely know what they are doing -Unnecessary material learned in training. There is a "mock call" you have to do that is nothing like the actual calls you will be making -Micromanaging -3 month probationary period where you must meet a 4 hour average call time or you will be let go This company does not prioritize or invest in the growth of its employees. If you fail to meet their metrics, you’re quickly discarded. I joined with a training group of about 30 people less than a year ago, and only two of us remain. This speaks volumes about the company’s approach rather than the quality of the hires. If you’re seeking a long-term career with supportive managers and leadership committed to your development, this is not the right place for you. The company’s pattern of rapidly letting go of newly trained employees reflects a wasteful investment in equipment and training. It's hard to see this company making it another 10 years.

Pros

The only good thing is the commission if you can get a good lead on the phone

Cons

One of the worst places to work at. They will fire you after 4 weeks of training. They purposely give you the dead leads and save the good ones for their top performers. On the 3rd week on the floor they will give you a performance improvement plan to improve your numbers and give you 5 working days to do so. If you dont then you will be terminated. Management do not help you at all. They are more focused on their top performers rather then the new guys who just got out of training
