      Pros

      This is a perfect spot for competitive individuals. I was able to sharpen my sales techniques and build on those skillsearly on. Most importantly, leadership recognizes talent—they supported my transition into a training role, allowing me to help scale the the new hire team by sharing the strategies that worked for me.

      Cons

      The fast-paced nature of the sales floor means you have to be very self-motivated; if you aren't proactive about your own growth, it’s easy to feel like you're plateauing.

      Pros

      You get paid extremely well to do a pretty easy job from home. The product is easy to sell because it actually changes clients life. So yes it’s a sales role, but you are selling something that you believe in and helps people - so it’s rewarding. 40 hours is sufficient to do very well. Overtime is optional. Remote work allows flexibility. Training prepares you for success. Company is extremely well organized. You can make as much as you want to make.

      They provide snacks in the break room

      Cons

      Pays $22 plus commission (they will never pay the full commission amount) Micromanage Favor employees that speak Spanish Discriminate against non-spanish speakers They do not train properly Falsify company tax records Do not payout accurate commission amounts They terminate you in 3 months if you do not meet quota(only favored employees are put in queues with good accounts)
