Pros
I will say that I've been employed at Beyond Finance since 2019. It has definitely changed my life along with my lifestyle & I've been able to achieve some goals while being here. The commission is designed for you to be successful and make a substantial amount of earnings if you have the drive. I had the opportunity of also working under the Sales Training Department for 6 months which was amazing. I was able to learn alot doing that time.
Cons
My only concern is that I feel like their should be a team that works with reps who are interested in growing their career and possibly training them to become managers, It's a big career shift going from a rep to having your own team. For someone who is interested in growing a career here that would be extremely helpful and beneficial for those who feel stuck.
