Pros

In reflection nothing because someone that would even consider putting people in such a disastrous position without warning or knowledge absolutely deplorable.

Cons

As you see in the other reviews they "furloughed " fired a sizable size of the staff. No advance warning given. Never advise that we had employees at the locations in Houston for ADR had COVID 19 until after the quarantine was put in place. Upper management handled this situation about as well (total sarcasm) as Trump. Total drop of the ball. We employees were always told the heart of the company was through transparency, truth and working together. Now fast forward to last month hearing in a choppy distorted call something that seems important but you can't hear clearly. Reach out to manager not one manager or HR responded to any of the contacts. There is no telephone number to HR ( which has presented a issue with my unemployment claim, other formers be careful) . No communication had been sent to update is on the company on this covid situation. Everyone was in the dark just wondering are we ok or not. HMMMM....then the email.....fired us. They wanted us to feel like a family. That's not what family does. I wouldn't go back to a company that willing lead us blindly into the unknown. Leadership, I pray for them. You have to be a different kind of soul to plunge ppl into despair like this. All former employee , remember this feeling, the slap in the face and disrespect, confusion and frustration. This is what happen when a company ISN'T for it's employees. Purely profit. You guy were absolutely the best part of the company. I'm sorry they used us. I'm sorry they didn't see you value. I'm sorry they didn't provide options and guidance. I'm sorry you've lost your income. I'M SORRY THIS HAPPENING TO YOU. Don't be disheartened God protect his children. STAY ENCOURAGED. Blessings and positive vibes to you all. Keep pushing. Look Beyond.....Beyond. Selah.

Thanks for your response. The layoffs that we underwent in April were an incredibly difficult decision that we assure you was not made lightly. If you are looking to get in touch with HR, please email hr@beyondfinance.com and we are more than happy to set up a call.

Pros

The people on your teams were fantastic to work with. Generally most of the regular employees were people just trying to do a good job.

Cons

The business and senior management had no clue on how to expand. They pushed people to get every bit of work out of them they possibly could with little concern for the personal sacrifices being made by the employees to help them grow. Was promoted as a business that was set to expand rapidly and hard workers would go places in the company but, it was an excuse to push people. Just like someone else mentioned, they used the cover of the recent emergency with COVID-19 to lay off the majority of their employees to patch their poor business practices and excessive spending. They are not a place that cares about their employees at the end of the day. Find somewhere else.

Thanks for your feedback - we absolutely agree that our most valuable asset is our people. Undergoing layoffs was extremely difficult, especially for those who's jobs were directly affected. As a growing company, we are aware that we are constantly evolving to reach our goals. We value transparent feedback as a means to improve and grow. If you have feedback about management, please know that HR is always available for those discussions - you can reach out to us at hr@beyondfinance.com.
