      SHADY organization - fired 80% of all workers in a single day Lied to us and used COVID-19 as an excuse Inexcusable business practices - clients also stay away HORRIBLE leadership - they hire their friends who are unqualified to be in leadership roles because they come from entirely different industries Want to expand to quickly - prior to firing almost 80% of their staff, they went on insane hiring spree and brought in too many people at the same time, wasted money training they and fired them. They want to grow too quickly and compare themselves to industry leaders with more than 15 years in the field. They make rash decisions and DO NOT put the customer first. These are all warning signs for both employees and clients.

      Thanks for your response. When we underwent layoffs, it was an incredibly difficult decision that we assure you was not made lightly - we could not have anticipated the COVID-19 pandemic or its effects on our business. It was a very difficult day, and we understand that it was especially upsetting to those whose roles were directly impacted. We value trust and transparency in all our relationships. All staff is required to take extensive compliance training, and are audited for quality and compliance throughout their tenure. As a young company, we recognize that we are growing and making improvements every day as we work towards those goals. The COVID19 pandemic certainly created a ripple effect on our business we could not have anticipated. We are very sad about the layoffs that unfortunately were a direct result of that pandemic.
