Beyond is an amazing company to work for. In my opinion the culture is comparable to google, yahoo or other tech companies. While the business is relatively new , it is lead by individuals with ample experience and backed by employees who believe in the business model who are willing to put in the work. I have held positions in mid-senior management in my past career but wanted to dip my feet in something a little different. While I am starting at the ground level with Beyond, I will undoubtedly be presented with growth opportunists and work my way back up to management. At Beyond, your hard word is rewarded in compensation, recognition and the unlimited opportunities. I've been laid off many times in my past and it is such a relief to not feel the stress of that here. Hope you find this review helpful!

If you had asked me to write a review for Beyond 3 and 1/2 years ago at inception, it wouldn’t have been pretty. I find myself smiling looking back at how far leadership has come. Beyond experienced a tremendous amount of growth in a small amount of time. From technology to product, sales volume, staff and most importantly leadership. Prior leadership was a train wreck. They couldn’t provide any direction. The current executive team provides steady leadership, responds well to criticism, has a clear road map for the future and knows when to make changes. Most importantly, they have integrity. Positive atmosphere with lots of growth opportunities. The wages are competitive and vacation time is generous. The people I work with are great. The more experienced staff is welcoming and eager to help while newer staff members are incredibly motivated and eager to learn. Finally excited to be a part of this team!
